Comfortable three room apartment with private garden and beautiful view overlooking the city of Aosta and Grand Combin
Beautiful apartment of around 60 m2 with separate entrance and private garden. It includes an entry, a large living room with a splendid view of the city of Aosta and the Grand Combin, two bedrooms, a separate kitchen and pantry and a bathroom. The windows of the two bedrooms open up to the peaceful mountain prairie and offer a beautiful view of the mountain peaks Emilius and Becca di Nona. The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished with care by the owners over the summer of 2008.
Ideal for a family of 4-5 persons, with a maximum of 6 beds: a double bed in the main bedroom, a bunk bed in the smaller bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room (with 2 separate single mattresses).
During the winter months, the condominium uses a basic central heating system to ensure a minimal temperature throughout the whole building. In addition, each apartment is equipped with a pellet burning stove to allow tenants to obtain their desired temperature, both in the winter and summer.

- Beds: 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 sofa bed (2 single mattresses). Pillows, comforters and wool blankets.
- Kitchen: Refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, kitchen completely furnished with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc.
- Living room: sofa bed, TV, pellet stove.
- Bathroom: Shower and hair dryer.
- Pantry: Laundry machine.
- Private garden: garden table and chairs, deckchair.
Notice: Personal items are not normally included (e.g. toiletries, household linens, bed sheets, bath towels). However, upon request at time of reservation, we are able to provide them for an additional fee. Domestic animals are permitted only with prior agreement from owner.
