Three room flat with a splendid view of the peaks Emilius and the Becca di Nona
Large apartment of about 70 m2 situated on the top floor of the condominium Perchu. Given its elevated position in the building, there is an exceptional view of the mountains of Aosta Valley: the large window in the living room offers a view of the Mount Emilius and the Becca di Nona, the two peaks that overlook the city of Aosta, From the balcony, one can admire the Grand Combin and the Mont Blanc massif. The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished with care by the owners over the summer of 2009.
The apartment has an entry way, a large and luminous living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a smaller bedroom with bunk beds and an independent kitchen, bathroom and spacious attic area with washing machine.
Ideal apartment for a family of 5-6 persons; the apartment can sleep up to 8 persons: 3 in the large bedroom, 3 in the smaller bedroom with the bunk beds, and 2 in the living room on the sofa bed.
During the winter months, the condominium uses a basic central heating system to ensure a minimal temperature throughout the whole building. In addition, each apartment is equipped with a pellet burning stove to allow tenants to obtain their desired temperature, both in the winter and summer.

- Beds: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 sofa bed (2 single mattresses). Pillows, comforters and wool blankets.
- Kitchen: Refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, completely furnished kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc.
- Living room: sofa bed, TV, pellet stove.
- Bathroom: Shower and hair dryer
- Attic: Laundry machine.
Notice: Personal items are not normally included (e.g. toiletries, household linens, bed sheets, bath towels). However, upon request at time of reservation, we are able to provide them for an additional fee. Domestic animals are permitted only with prior agreement from owner.
